Free UK standard delivery over £75. Standard 2–4 working days, Express 1–2 working days. Exchanges or store credit within 14 days.

UK Standard is £4.99 (free over £75) and UK Express is £5.99. Delivery outside the UK is priced at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your order arriving, you can swap a piece for a new size, a different piece or store credit.

Email us with your order number and what you'd like instead, then send the piece back unworn with the tags on. The full steps are in our exchanges policy.

Each piece lists the model's height and the size they wear in its description.

When does the vault close?

It seals for good at UK midnight on 27 December 2026, as Boxing Day ends. After that nothing else leaves.

Will anything be restocked?

No. What is in the vault is all that is left. When a size goes, it is gone.

What happens after?

Carter Kole Maisonè opens in 2027.

Every order from the vault is a numbered key to it: first access when it opens. Add your order number on the key page.

What is the daily vault?

Every evening at 7pm one box unlocks with a deal on one piece. It locks again at midnight.

What is the mystery deposit box?

Three pieces from the vault, picked by us: one outerwear piece, one bottom and one tee. You pick a size for each, so every piece fits. It is only in the app: add Carter Society to your home screen to open it.
